Preparation of the package

Store the items in their original packaging and keep them together with a copy of the invoice as best as possible to ensure that the package arrives without damage.



Send the package by the transport agency that you want for freight prepaid or if you wish we can send us the agency to collect the package discounting the postage of the return.



Once the package will be received and reviewed, the return will be made by the same method of payment, processing of the guarantee or change of size according to the request of the client.

  • The right of withdrawal will not proceed outside the indicated period.
  • Motos Zambrana, SL will  never take care of failures in the installation of devices bought in our store when it is not our company that does it.


- The circumstances that may lead to a refund are as follows:

  • If the product you ordered does not satisfy you : In case the customer decides to exercise this right of withdrawal, the cost of return will be at the customer's expense, provided that it has not been used and the original packaging and labeling are preserved.

In this way and after verification of the merchandise in return 90% of the amount of the product will be reimbursed, with 10% being retained, with a minimum of 25 € / unit, for manipulation, revision and administrative management

  • The return  of articles that do not allow the return of the manufacturer or parts requested to the manufacturer expressly by request of the customer will not be accepted.
  • We will not accept the return  of used articles or that do not keep their original packaging.
